The mid-end probe station includes multiple models, with the CL-6 series being the most typical. The CL-6 series mid-end probe station comes in three sizes: 4-inch, 6-inch, and 8-inch, suitable for testing samples of different sizes.

The technical parameters of the CL-6 series mid-end probe station mainly include the following aspects:

Table size: The table size is 4 inches, 6 inches, or 8 inches, and can be selected according to your needs.

Horizontal rotation: The table can rotate 360 degrees, with a fine adjustment range of 15 degrees and an accuracy of 0.1 degree, and comes with an angle locking device to ensure stability during testing.

X-Y travel: The X-Y axis travel is 4 inches x 4 inches or 6 inches x 6 inches, and the appropriate travel range can be selected according to needs.

X-Y movement accuracy: The X-Y axis movement accuracy is 10 microns or 1 micron, and the appropriate accuracy level can be selected according to requirements.

Adjustment of the Z axis of the sample table: The sample table can be raised or lowered by 10mm, making it easy to adjust the height of the sample.

Sample fixation: The sample table uses vacuum adsorption, central hole adsorption, or multi-ring adsorption to fix the sample, ensuring the stability of the sample during the testing process.

Needle base platform: The U-shaped needle base platform can accommodate up to 6 probe bases, facilitating multi-point testing.

Back electrode test: The sample stage is electrically independent and can be tested by connecting the back electrode through a 4mm jack.

In addition, the CL-6 series mid-end probe station also has a variety of optical system configurations to choose from, including single-barrel microscope, body microscope, metallurgical microscope, etc., with magnification ranging from 16X to 4000X. The user can choose the appropriate microscope type and magnification according to their needs.
