适用 40A,40M,50A,67A,110H
以下以40A为例：
40A-GSG-150-P-W
40A 指的是探针最高测试的频率能力，40A代表此探针最高可测试到 40GHz （40M为超低损耗探针）
GSG 指的是探针对应的电极数量，可选GSG,GS,SG几种形状。还有多个探针组合的可看dual选型方法
150 指的是探针脚间距，G和S间的距离；间距可从25um到2540um可选
P 指的是探针头的接头形状，共有12种结构
W 指的的是探针针尖的材料，W是钨钢，标准的为铍铜
