TF Analyzer 1000

TF ANALYZER 1000 is a compact ferroelectric voltage analyzer with all the basic characteristics testing functions of ferroelectric and piezoelectric materials. It can be used in conjunction with micro-displacement sensors such as laser interferometer and SPM scanning probe microscope. Analysis and testing of membranes and bulk ceramics and ferroelectric devices.
